We feature a massive, secure rear cargo area specifically designed to handle heavy luggage requirements. It can comfortably accommodate 12–15 medium checked bags or up to 24 carry-on bags, making it the premier choice for airport transfers at CMH and multi-day corporate retreats.

Yes. The rear storage is not just for suitcases; it is built to secure golf clubs, trade show displays, and production gear. Having a separate, dedicated cargo hold means your equipment is safely tucked away, keeping the passenger cabin clean, professional, and free of clutter.

We know travel plans can change. To ensure your vehicle and driver are perfectly prepared for your arrival, we use a 48-Hour Guarantee window. You can modify or cancel your booking for a full refund anytime up to 48 hours before your trip.

Inside 48 Hours: At this point, we have dedicated your driver and vehicle specifically to your group. If your plans shift within this window, our online system will lock. Please call us directly so we can determine vehicle availability.

Late Changes: Because we hold that time slot just for you, cancellations made between 24–48 hours incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at the full amount.

To accommodate minor delays, we provide a 15-minute grace period at no extra charge. Beyond that, service is billed in 30-minute increments at your original booking rate. Please note that extensions are subject to vehicle availability and our driver’s schedule.
